When you look for information on installing an ADT home security system there is two different systems they offer and one of these is their wireless system and you might wonder why use a wireless system if your going to get a home security system.
The best reason for the wireless security system is for certain people; those that live in older homes where it would be difficult to put a wireless system in and then there are the people that rent a house, townhouse or an apartment. They also want home security but placing the wires in the walls is not possible for these residences and that is where the wireless system comes in, there are no wires that need to be installed.
This system has a keypad, and then it has sensors that are placed on windows and on doors, which is where someone breaking in the home is going to come through anyway. A system like this does not alter the home in anyway so there is not a problem with the landlord and also there is not any problems with older homes because the construction of their walls is far different than the homes that are built today.
In the end it the wireless system has the same great ADT protection that the wired system has to offer.
